Networking Basics
Cisco Networking Academy
Hands-on experience configuring and setting up a small office/home office (SOHO) network, following procedures defined by the OSI reference model. Covered core networking concepts and protocols — including MAC addresses, IP addressing, Ethernet, TCP/UDP, DNS, and well-known ports — along with basic network troubleshooting and identifying common types of network media.

IT Customer Support Basics
Cisco Networking Academy
Covered foundational IT support topics, including customer service best practices across a range of support scenarios, along with the use of internal resources, online forums, and AI tools to troubleshoot and assist end users effectively.
Claude Code 101
Anthropic Academy
An introduction to Claude Code, Anthropic's AI coding agent, covering its core architecture and effective usage patterns. Built practical experience running Claude Code from the terminal, as a VS Code extension, and in the browser — including how it can interact with custom UIs and GitHub repositories.
Getting Started with Cisco Packet Tracer
Cisco Networking Academy
Introduced the fundamentals of Cisco Packet Tracer for designing and simulating networks in a virtual environment. Lab exercises involved configuring a small network end-to-end, building practical skills applicable to real-world network setups in the workplace or at home.
Intro to Cybersecurity
Cisco Networking Academy
This certification covered foundational cybersecurity concepts including threat landscapes, common attack vectors, network security, and basic defense strategies.
